When the condo was done with the refresh, Debbie put together a spectacular marketing blitz, which included photo shoots, a virtual tour, as well as a fun video featuring her touring the condo and discussing all the features. The video appeared on multiple sites ( youtube, redfin, zillow, etc.) at the same time, and certainly drove the demand to view the condo.
We were very fortunate to get lots of potential buyers view the condo either virtually, or in person, and ended up with multiple offers, a great position to be in.
From the initial meeting with Debbie on Jan. 23, 2021, the condo was sold on Feb 4, 2021, a very quick turnaround of a little under 6 weeks. Our family was astounded by the rapid progress. Debbie is extremely hard working, has excellent communication skills, has access to a great team of support people and contractors, and has a very friendly, happy upbeat personality. She is ALWAYS smiling.
